Personal Philosophy and Approach to Therapy
As a dedicated psychologist-psychotherapist, my approach is tailored to the unique needs of each individual. I believe in creating a supportive and non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I place great emphasis on each individual’s value framework, and therapy is adapted around that.
